Welcome to DFW Local Spotlight, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, purchasing advertising, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

DFW Local Spotlight, LLC provides advertising and marketing services, including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, digital advertising (such as social media ads), and related design services. Specific details of services will be outlined in individual agreements, invoices, or proposals.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. For subscription-based services, payments will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Contract Terms

Clients enrolled in subscription or campaign-based services may be subject to a minimum term agreement, typically 12 months unless otherwise specified. Early termination may result in applicable fees equal to the remaining balance of the agreement.

4. Design & Revisions

We provide design services as part of our advertising packages. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production or publication. Any requested design changes must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled mailing or campaign launch. DFW Local Spotlight, LLC is not responsible for errors once final approval has been given.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, including business details, contact information, and any promotional content. The Company is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Advertising Performance

While we strive to deliver effective advertising results, DFW Local Spotlight, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to leads, sales, or return on investment. Performance may vary based on market conditions and other factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, advertisements, and marketing materials created by DFW Local Spotlight, LLC remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their business purposes.

8. Cancellation & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct. Clients wishing to cancel services must provide written notice in accordance with their agreement terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

DFW Local Spotlight, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Local Spotlight, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content of their advertisements, including but not limited to trademark infringement, false claims, or legal violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
